I recently stumbled upon the homeme moisturizer program telling me I could save upto $10,000 in 40 years. I spend a lot of money on high-end moisturizers because I like to take care of myself...I mean who doesn't?
However, my experiences with it have lead me to believe this is a scam. Please read on to hear my story.
As a teenager I had a real problem with dry skin, especially when I was using Accutane for acne problems. Accutane really dried out my skin and it would crack so I used to spend a lot of money on high-end moisturizers in the hope that they would stop this from happening and stop me developing new scars.
So I know my stuff when it comes to moisturizers. I have to say the moisturizers I was able to make VERY easily were actually very very good. You only have to buy the base ingredient online and it's SO cheap compared to just one tube of branded moisturizer. Then you can get the rest from your local supermarket if you want.
This stuff is pretty amazing, my skin is well hydrated, supple and soft. It looks better than it has in years and I'm very self-concious about my face. After the first time I used it I fell absolutely in LOVE with it. Honestly, it saves a lot of money and it's worth it.
So why am I calling this a scam?
Well a friend of mine who also uses a lot of products and skin creams told me about this method of making moisturizer. I've spent thousands of dollars on skin creams so I thought I paying $40 wouldn't be such a big deal.
So I paid my 40 bucks, made my first batch and was blown away.
I then found out that if you're a member of certain forums and member only sites you can get this method for a much lower price! How ridiculous is that!
So to spite the manufacturer, I've posted up the voucher here with the html link embedded in it. Just click on the voucher below!
Warning: This voucher won't last forever!
